Happy Bhaag Jayegi is an upcoming romantic comedy venture which is all about cross border romance. Abhay Deol, a classic choosy actor is paired alongside cocktail girl Diana Penty. Pakistani actor Momal Sheikh and Indian Actor Ali Fazal will also be seen in important roles.Happy Bhaag Jayegi is being directed and written by Mudassar Aziz, produced by Anand L Rai and Krishika Lulla under the banner of Eros Entertainment. The director of the movie wanted to shoot some scenes in Pakistan but due to prohibition he had to settle down for Mumbai. Hence, all the scenes are being shot in Mumbai. Abhay Deol is back on silver screen after whole 2years while this is the second movie of Diana Penty after her debut in a cocktail.

Happy Bhaag Jayegi is a cross border love story.The movie revolves around a very traditional girl named Happy who runs away from Amritsar to escape from her marriage. But she is shocked when she realises that she reached Pakistan. She meets Abhay Deol in Pakistan who helps her escape from Pakistan itself. And in the whole process of escaping, running and rushing they fall in love with each other.The story seems to be quite interesting. All in all, The trailer of the movie is very entertaining. After watching the trailer; I would rate the movie as 3.5 out of 5. The movie seems to be one time watch. With little comedy touch to a serious love story that managed to create the buzz which was required for the movie.
